Privacy, in plain English.

ARQORA is an Australia-based website service that works with New Zealand businesses remotely. This notice covers information sent through the Waikato website.

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we ask for your name, business, email or mobile, main service area, and any optional job or website details you choose to provide. We use this to respond about a website concept and possible website services. We do not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list by submitting this form.

How it gets to us

Your submitted enquiry is saved in our Cloudflare D1 database so that we can respond to you. When configured, our email provider (Resend) also sends a notification to our business inbox. If email notifications are unavailable, a successfully saved enquiry remains in the database. If database storage cannot be confirmed, the website will explain the problem and offer a direct email link instead. Website hosting, storage and email providers may process or store information in countries outside New Zealand and Australia.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off by default. You can choose to enable it using the “Analytics preference” control on the homepage. If enabled, it may use cookies and collect website interaction information. We use it to understand site use, not to sell contact lists. You can withdraw permission through the same preference control.

Retention and sharing

We keep business enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, quotes, service and legal recordkeeping. We don't sell your enquiry information. We only share it with providers needed to host the site and deliver messages, or where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to or correction of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Contact [email protected]. New Zealand and Australian privacy law may apply depending on the activity and circumstances.

Questions

Email [email protected] with any privacy query. If you prefer not to use the enquiry form, you can contact us directly by email.
